Refund & Return Policy – Seymore Music

At Seymore Music, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a used guitar you bought from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned with any original accessories or packaging.
  • Used guitars may be eligible for partial refunds if returned with signs of wear not due to our error.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Affiliate products (purchased via third-party links)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Guitar tuning services already completed

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
